LA KISS HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED AFL VETERANS WIDE RECEIVER JEFFREY SOLOMON AND DEFENSIVE END MICHAEL JANAC 

LA KISS WILL PLAY THE PORTLAND THUNDER ON SATURDAY, MAY 16TH AT 7PM PST AT THE MODA CENTER

Los Angeles, CA  (May 15TH, 2015) – LA KISS made a roster move this week with the assignment of AFL veterans wide receiver Jeffrey Solomon and defensive end Michael Janac as they head into their match-up against the Portland Thunder on Saturday, May 16th at 7pm PST at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon.

Jeffrey Solomon is a 4 year AFL veteran who played most recently with the Portland Thunder, where he worked under current KISS offensive coordinator, Matt Sauk. Last season with the Thunder, the 6’1”, 200 pound receiver from Washington State posted career highs with 87 receptions, 1,096 yards and 15 TDs. Solomon has also spent time with the Spokane Shock and Orlando Predators. He will join former Thunder teammate, quarterback Danny Southwick for the upcoming game in Portland.

Three-year AFL veteran Michael Janac posted a career-high 6.5 sacks during the 2013 season with the New Orleans Voodoo. The 6’5”, 280 pound defensive end from Marshall has compiled 12.5 sacks in his 3 year AFL career to go along with 18.0 tackles for loss, 3 forced fumbles, 5 fumble recoveries and 6 pass breakups.

LA KISS has also been assigned AFL veteran QB Danny Southwick, DB Anthony Goodwin (Montana) and DL Skyler Skersick (Charleston Southern) this week.
